At 21 i am very fresh in the industry but have been lucky to have found a spot at Kross coffee roasters. I was a coffee geek before but over the past 2 years at Kross i have evolved massively. Blessed with a team which is involved in judging as well has given me a great perspective on comps/

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

Eat loads of artisanal chocolate and obviously get to roam the streets of Brussels if i have free time

What are your interests outside of coffee?

More Coffee and maybe a little music.
